Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our return period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item.

So if for any reason your physical purchase isn't to your complete satisfaction, you can send it back at any time within the return period for a full refund. *Note: The refund policy applies to physical packages ONLY. Digital purchases are not eligible, as they are available for preview and delivered in MP3 format. Requirements

Returned physical packages must be in or near the same condition as they were upon purchase for a refund to be issued. Damages to the case, disc, or insert(s) may or may not result in disapproval of returned items. If damages are present in arrival, please contact Terra-fiya at:
